The official video to “Desire” single is out. written byEfua Owusu-Boakye & Michael Idowu, “Desire” was produced by Michael Oyo.
Efua B is a singer-songwriter from London who started music in her home church at the young age of 9, where she later went on to become the leader of the church youth choir, ‘Chosen Generation.’ Born into a Christian home, she went from simply knowing of God to entering into a relationship with Jesus as a young teenager, a transition she hopes her music will encourage others to experience.
“Desire” is a pure song about desiring Jesus, the one who is all we could ever need. The song expresses a love for the presence of Jesus, living in us. After spontaneously singing the line ‘just to dwell with You Jesus’ during a worship moment, Efua developed the rest of ‘Desire’ in acknowledgement of the fact Jesus is with her.
