TOPIC: The Ministry of Angels
FIRE SCRIPTURE: Matthew 4:6-11
6 And saith unto him, If thou be the Son of God, cast thyself down: for it is written, He shall give his angels charge concerning thee: and in their hands they shall bear thee up, lest at any time thou dash thy foot against a stone.
7 Jesus said unto him, It is written again, Thou shalt not tempt the Lord thy God.
8 Again, the devil taketh him up into an exceeding high mountain, and sheweth him all the kingdoms of the world, and the glory of them;
9 And saith unto him, All these things will I give thee, if thou wilt fall down and worship me.
10 Then saith Jesus unto him, Get thee hence, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve.
11 Then the devil leaveth him, and, behold, angels came and ministered unto him.

MFM Daily Devotional 18 November 2023 MESSAGE
Many people do not understand the ministry of angels and that is why they do not know the responsibilities that will make them enjoy their service to humans. God made the angels to serve us. Angels can come in human bodies and disappear after they have delivered their messages. Angels generally are ministering spirits; they minister to us.
It is disheartening that many believers are missing out on the ministry of angels. The heavenly ambassadors bring information from the Lord to us (Matthew 1:20). They are assigned to accompany us daily to protect us from the enemy (Psalms 91:11). They carry our prayers to God (Revelation 8:3). They fight for us (Isaiah 37:36). They defend us and deliver us out from troubles (Psalms 34:7).

They bring blessings from above to us (Luke 2:10). They deliver answers to our prayers (Daniel 9:21-22). They encamp around us as a covering (Daniel 6:22). They resist dark powers assigned against us. They carry out our instructions backed up by God’s word (1 Corinthians 11:10). They minister to us (Matthew 4:11). They bring us glad tidings (Luke 1:30- 35). They keep guard over our possessions. God uses them to manifest His power and greatness. Also, the Bible affirms that the arch-warrior angel will cast satan into the lake of fire.
The Bible says that God has given His angels charge over us to keep us in all our ways. Everyone has an angel. Some people have hundreds of angels assigned to them. It is important that we always activate the ministry of angels daily in our lives. Consciously instruct them according to God’s word to take over the day in your favour.
In almost every book of the Bible, we see the wonderful works of these spirit beings. When Daniel was thrown into the den of lions, angels were there to shut the lions’ mouths. When the church prayed, God send His angel to deliver Peter from the prison and the evil plot of Herod. God’s angel was there to save Paul when the ship he was travelling abort in had mishap. Angels also ministered to Jesus. Tell God to make His angels to minister to you too.

1. Angels of the Lord, encamp around me now, in the name of Jesus.
2. O Lord, show me my angel, in the name of Jesus.
3. Holy Spirit, teach me how to cooperate with my angel, in the name of Jesus.

4. Every conspiracy to cage my angels of blessings, be frustrated, in the name of Jesus.
5. Angels of fire, overshadow my destiny, in the name of Jesus.
6. Warrior angels of God, visit my foundation, in the name of Jesus.
7. Angels of light, occupy my destiny, in the name of Jesus.
