Prayer Points on Open Heaven

Pastor E. A. Adeboye did not write these prayer points, by one of his numerous disciples, for Christ, who was inspired and mandated by the Holy Spirit, about 5 years ago, (effective January 1st, 2015), to start writing these prayer points, based on the Open Heavens Daily Devotional, authored by Pastor E. A. Adeboye.

Let’s pray in Jesus’ name!

Father, grant our elders wisdom and discernment in their actions and words. May they be living examples of your teachings. (Titus 2:2), in Jesus’ name.

Father, in any way I have fallen short of  Your glory, please, have mercy and forgive me; let Your mercy prevail over the judgment of sin in my life, in Jesus’ name.

Father, help them to be self-controlled and temperate in all things, so their lives reflect your character. (Galatians 5:22-23), in Jesus’ name.

Father, fill them with your love and patience, that their interactions with younger generations be encouraging and Christ-like. (Ephesians 4:2) in the mighty name of Jesus

Father, grant them the humility to acknowledge their shortcomings and a willingness to learn alongside the younger generation. (Proverbs 11:2), in the mighty name of Jesus

Father, give them a boldness to stand firm in their faith and values, even when faced with challenges or opposing viewpoints. (1 Peter 3:15), in the mighty name of Jesus

Father, I Pray that younger generations have open hearts and a desire to learn from the wisdom of their elders. (Proverbs 23:22) in the mighty name of Jesus

Father, ask God to break down any walls of disrespect or disobedience that may hinder them from receiving guidance from elders. (Ephesians 6:1), in the mighty name of Jesus

Father, I use the combined wisdom and energy of both young and old to bring about positive change and growth, in the mighty name of Jesus

Father, I pray for specific situations or challenges faced by elders or younger generations in our community, in the mighty name of Jesus

Father, I pray for specific elders I know and respect, asking You to strengthen their walk and their ability to be positive influences, in Jesus’ name in the mighty name of Jesus

Father, embolden our elders to stand firm in their faith, even when facing opposition or difficult situations. (1 Peter 3:14), in the mighty name of Jesus

Father, give them the courage to speak out for what is right and to defend your teachings with love and conviction. (Ephesians 6:10-11) in the mighty name of Jesus

Father, help our elders to be mindful of their actions and words, displaying self-control in all aspects of their lives. (Galatians 5:23), in the mighty name of Jesus

Father, deepen the faith of our elders and keep them grounded in your teachings. (Colossians 2:7) in the mighty name of Jesus

Father, fill our elders’ hearts with your overflowing love, allowing them to extend compassion and generosity to others. (1 John 4:7) in the mighty name of Jesus

Father, grant our elders the patience of Job, allowing them to handle challenges and setbacks with grace and understanding. (James 5:11), in the matchless name of Jesus

Father, please uplift my nation (mention your country) and let Your peace reign in our lands, in the mighty name of Jesus

Father, please continue to give Your son, Pastor E. A. Adeboye, and his household the grace to stand for You and continue to share edifying messages with Your children around the world, in the mighty name of Jesus

Father, bless everyone dedicating their time to pray through these prayers at the point of their needs. Give them the grace to share/rebroadcast, in Jesus’ name.

Lord all those who have been rebroadcasting these prayers and declarations, give them the grace to keep up with this good work of Faith, in the name of Jesus.

By faith, appreciate God for answered prayers. Your testimonies are undeniable in Jesus’ name.

Father, let every challenge, hindrance, and obstacle of getting these prayer points across to Your children, timely, and daily be removed, in Jesus’ name.

Submit yourself and your petitions to God. Cast all your cares on Him, for He cares for you.
