TOPIC: Your Dry Bones Shall Rise Again

FIRE SCRIPTURE: Ezekiel 37:1-10
37 The hand of the Lord was upon me, and carried me out in the spirit of the Lord, and set me down in the midst of the valley which was full of bones,
2 And caused me to pass by them round about: and, behold, there were very many in the open valley; and, lo, they were very dry.
3 And he said unto me, Son of man, can these bones live? And I answered, O Lord God, thou knowest.
4 Again he said unto me, Prophesy upon these bones, and say unto them, O ye dry bones, hear the word of the Lord.
5 Thus saith the Lord God unto these bones; Behold, I will cause breath to enter into you, and ye shall live:
6 And I will lay sinews upon you, and will bring up flesh upon you, and cover you with skin, and put breath in you, and ye shall live; and ye shall know that I am the Lord.
7 So I prophesied as I was commanded: and as I prophesied, there was a noise, and behold a shaking, and the bones came together, bone to his bone.
8 And when I beheld, lo, the sinews and the flesh came up upon them, and the skin covered them above: but there was no breath in them.
9 Then said he unto me, Prophesy unto the wind, prophesy, son of man, and say to the wind, Thus saith the Lord God; Come from the four winds, O breath, and breathe upon these slain, that they may live.
10 So I prophesied as he commanded me, and the breath came into them, and they lived, and stood up upon their feet, an exceeding great army.

MFM Daily Devotional 10 May 2024 Message
Our God and Maker is a wonder-working God. He gives the breath of life to bring to life what is considered lifeless. He is also an expert at putting right whatever goes wrong with our system or body.
In Genesis chapter two, God was the first to do a surgery where there was no theatre or even a surgical blade. As the Bible tells us, He made Adam sleep (spiritual anesthesia) and brought out a rib from his side to form the woman. He closed up this flesh, leaving no scar. Obviously, it pleased Him to endow man with the knowledge in the domain of medicine, just as He did for every man in their different professions. But to no one has He given the power to create and make alive. However, we are reading today about the prophet Ezekiel before God, and the turning of the dry bones into a large army. That is a creative miracle!

What God did before, He can still do again! When a situation gets to the state of deadness in your life, with the breath of life, the same that made Adam a living being (Gen. 2:7), the situation will receive life and be revived. Interestingly, this miracle power of God is not limited to any particular situation, but to every lifeless situation in the life of man that is comparable to the dry bones. It could be the dry bones of your business, career, profession, ministry, finances, marriage, or any other. Wherever you suffer dryness, God is able to breathe His breath of life on it, and it will come alive again, in Jesus’ name.
Like Ezekiel, God needs your faith to be activated, and your positive confession. God instructed him to speak, and he did so without hesitation. “So I prophesied as he commanded me, and the breath came into them, and they lived, and stood up upon their feet, an exceeding great army” Faith is the bedrock for the seed of miracles to germinate and grow. Unbelief is a fast killer of miracles. Genuine faith can move mountains. Speak the word of faith and act in faith as Ezekiel and Jesus did. Your miracle is on the way!

MORNING
1. Every lifeless situation in my life, hear the word of the Lord and come alive, in the name of Jesus.
2. O God, arise and make impossibility possible in my life, in the name of Jesus.
3. My Father, do a new thing in my life that people may know that I serve a living God, in the name of Jesus.
EVENING
4. Powers that weaken faith, expire in my life, in the name of Jesus.
5. At your word O Lord, let every unpleasant situation in my life receive a divine touch, in the name of Jesus.
6. Revival power of God, manifest in my life, in the name of Jesus.
7. Dry b0nes in my life, receive life and become great, in the name of Jesus.
